From Service to Skills - A Veteran's Vision
NavBharat Skills Academy is a dynamic young organization born from a profound realization and an unwavering commitment to serve. Founded in 2024 by Lt. Col. Sanjay Srivastava (Veteran), our journey began with a simple yet powerful question: “How can we bridge the critical gap between education and employment while honoring those who have served our nation?”
After dedicating over thirty five years to serving India in the Indian Army, Lt. Col. Srivastava witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by individuals transitioning from military service to civilian careers. But his vision extended beyond just ex-servicemen—he recognized a broader national challenge where talented individuals across all backgrounds struggled to find employment despite having qualifications.
The answer lay in creating an ecosystem that would not just provide training but transform lives through industry-relevant skill development. Thus, NavBharat Skills Academy emerged as an innovative training aggregator, uniquely positioned to serve multiple stakeholders through revolutionary delivery models.

What started as a mission to support ex-servicemen evolved into a comprehensive skill development organization serving individuals, educational institutes, and corporations.
